– Inspection
– Packing

We also source products from approved vendors to complement our in-house capabilities.

Production Process
Our production process is designed to ensure quality and efficiency. Here’s an overview:

1. Incoming Material Inspection: We inspect all incoming materials and accessories to ensure they meet our specifications. Defective materials are rejected.
2. Cutting: We use approved materials and follow a strict cutting process, which includes:
– Obtaining quality assurance approval for patterns
– Drawing panels on specific materials
– Marking panels to prevent mixing
3. Stitching: Our stitching department follows strict guidelines, and quality assurance performs in-process inspections at regular intervals.
4. Inspection: We conduct thorough inspections of stitched garments, checking for stitching, labeling, sizing, and style. Garments are sent for rework if non-conformities are found.
5. Packing: Inspected garments are packed according to provided directions.
6. Random Checking: Before shipping, our quality assurance team performs random checks to ensure products meet required standards.

By following this meticulous process, we ensure that every product meets our exceptional quality standards, giving our clients the best possible experience.
